Ms. Sandra LaTour - RJJ Invesment Funding, LLC - Owner, CEO
Sandra LaTour has a wide spectrum of experience. She attended the Legal Arts of Arizona stenographer program in Arizona and become a court reporter and notes transcriber for several years.
She was executive assistant to the CFO of Insurance Auto Auctions, preparing and maintaining strategic plans, stock options and the employee benefits plan. She established an organized and well maintained cash management accounts for 32 multi state sites with signature authorization levels. She also was an integral part in assisting the IT/MIS department as help desk coordinator. She then worked for EF Hutton for 5 years and maintained a client base of 3000 working directly for the highest producing agent. She also held her Life & Health Insurance license for 3 years while there.
Leaving EF Hutton with the highest producing agent he started his own company, First Investment Securities, Inc. and they were members of the NASD and SIPC for 3 years. As the operations director, she assisted seven (7) Account Executives, payroll, and accounting and administrative duties. This led her to office management, operations and getting involved with Investors in start up companies. Sandy was the regional sales manager for American Banking Systems, which was the first company to process checks over the internet like a credit card, working with Wells Fargo Bank. Another venture Positive, LLC which was a computer list build company, prior to Dell and Gateway, which you build your computer to spec, and that company was grown to 65 employees after 3 years and Tandy Corporation in Moorpark, CA purchased the company.
While 5 years at Microskills, a new technical training school in San Diego, CA , she was the Director of Admissions and the Database Administrator, and with a team of 6 Counselors, she accomplished several consecutive monthly sales over $1 Million dollars. Sandy developed her skills in IT Technology, database administration, organization, report writing, form development and with her positive team building, gave the Company and her team the support and tools to surpass their goals.
Currently, Sandy with her company RJJ Investment Funding, LLC brings to us her skills and experience with her network of private investors, commercial funding contacts and new projects. She also is involved in oil & gas leases and finds investors to partnership with her clients in the oil & gas lease production projects, as well as participating and investing herself. She has also been involved in real estate, doing residential flips and being a joint venture investor partner in new construction for residential real estate developments.
Sandy is involved with teaching and working to protect children. She provided a learning club for the neighborhood children teaching them manners, table etiquette, growing organic vegetables, personal hygiene, to name a few. She had her own Clothing line and represented herself on Ventura Blvd in Los Angeles and maintained 25 Clients. She worked for the LA Unified School district and taught an organic gardening class for 3rd & 4th graders. She developed a “Child ID Kit” which promoted communication with family unity and contained an inkless fingerprint card. She partnered with The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and ChildQuest and donated her kit for people and entities making donations.
