Brief financial biographies. Investor exit strategies, what legal format/entity is to be utilized. A brief and concise synopsis laying out the project's overall profileand it's benefits, and exactly how the Investor will benefit.
Customer Information Sheet (CIS) & Color Passport
Loan Request Amount: The desired terms, when funds need to be utilized, LTV, ITV, equity value and also debt-to-ratio
Funding stages: draw or phase as applicable for proposed funds
Plat Information: legal address, maps showing project location. An abridged market and feasability report

3 - 5 year Pro-forma and ROI projections
Management Summary with resumes
Use of Funds Statement
Revenue-Producing Projects:
Estimated cost breakdown anaylsis if new construction or rehab/reconstruction.
Comparable rentals and vacancy percentage data with corresponding seasonal vacancies, etc. - brief
Rent roll.
Personal Guarantor
Company financials, personal financials and credit scores
Any other pertinent data important to your project for the analysis; ie pictures, maps, etc.
