We also conduct the quickest closings possible.  Some programs have most fees taken from the Loan Proceeds.  Most programs require an escrow deposit.  RJJ Investment Funding, LLC charges an upfront non-refundable Intermediary Fee for reviewing your project and for the availability of the programs we are associated with through our direct funding groups.
